FORTNUM & MASON Fortnum & Mason are often seen as an expensive food store best left to tourists. We proposed a food catalogue that would explain why the products are expensive - because they are the best (and often unique to Fortnums - the food buyers will go to amazing lengths to find and develop foodstuffs to their high standards, and this quest for quality contributes to the price). The stories behind selected ranges were researched, photographed and presented in double page spreads to reflect the efforts Fortnum & Mason make to bring back the best.
